Advanced Intelligent Solutions Affiliate Agreement — version 1.3

1. What this is

You promote Advanced Intelligent Solutions using the referral links and QR codes in your affiliate dashboard. When someone buys within 30 days of arriving on one of your links, you earn a commission. That is the whole arrangement. Nothing here makes you an employee, an agent, or a part-owner of Advanced Intelligent Solutions.

2. You are an independent contractor

You work for yourself. You choose your own hours, methods and costs. You are not entitled to wages, benefits, expenses or reimbursement, and no tax or insurance of any kind is withheld from what we pay you. You may not sign contracts, make promises, or hold yourself out as speaking for Advanced Intelligent Solutions.

3. What you earn

Commission is your rate times the list price, less any buyer discount on your affiliate code. Your commission rate is set by Advanced Intelligent Solutions on your affiliate account, and it is shown on your affiliate dashboard at all times.

Buyer discounts on affiliate codes are set by Advanced Intelligent Solutions for each affiliate, not by you. A buyer discount always comes out of your commission (never out of Advanced Intelligent Solutions’s price) and is never more than your commission on the sale. Your affiliate dashboard shows your code’s current discount at all times.

We may change your rate or your code’s buyer discount going forward, and we will tell you when we do — a change never reduces a commission you have already earned.

4. The hold period

A new commission is held for 30 days before it becomes payable. That window covers reversed or cancelled sales and chargebacks. If the sale behind a commission is reversed or cancelled, the commission is reversed — before or after the hold ends.

5. Getting paid

Payouts are made monthly by Advanced Intelligent Solutions, to the PayPal or Venmo details you enter in your dashboard, once your cleared balance is at least $25.00 (a smaller balance rolls into the next month). Keeping those details correct is your job, and we are not responsible for money sent to an address you gave us. Before your first payout you must submit a completed IRS Form W-9 (US persons) or Form W-8BEN (everyone else). We may withhold payment until we have it.

6. Taxes are yours

Commission is paid gross. You are responsible for your own income and self-employment taxes. If you are a US affiliate and we pay you $2,000 or more in a calendar year, we will issue you a Form 1099-NEC using the information on your W-9.

7. How you may and may not promote

• No spam. No unsolicited bulk email, SMS, DMs, or automated posting of your links.
• No bidding on our brand terms — do not buy paid search or social ads on "Advanced Intelligent Solutions" or close variants of it, and do not use our name in your domain names or ad display URLs.
• No self-referral. You may not earn commission on your own purchase, on a purchase made with an account or email address that belongs to you, or through an account you control. These are blocked automatically and reversed if they get through.
• No cookie stuffing, forced clicks, typo domains, coupon-site fraud, or any other trick that claims credit for a sale you did not cause.
• Do not say things about the product that are not true. Do not promise income, outcomes, or results to anyone. Disclose that you earn a commission where the law requires it (in the US, the FTC requires it).
• Use our name, logo and supplied artwork as given, for promoting Advanced Intelligent Solutions only.

8. Customers are the company's

The people who buy through your link are Advanced Intelligent Solutions customers. Their data belongs to us and is handled under our privacy policy. You see reporting on your own referrals only.

9. Ending it

Either of us may end this agreement at any time, for any reason, in writing (email is fine). When it ends, your links stop earning. Commission already earned and past its hold is still paid on the next run. If the agreement is ended because of fraud or a breach of section 7, unpaid commission is forfeited and paid commission may be reclaimed.

10. Changes, and the rest

We may update this agreement; the current version is always shown here and in your dashboard, and you will be asked to accept a new version before continuing. There are no warranties beyond those the law requires, and our total liability to you is limited to the commission payable to you. This is the whole agreement between us about the affiliate program.
