Privacy Policy
This policy explains, in plain language, what personal information Advanced Intelligent Solutions collects, why we collect it, who we share it with, how long we keep it, and what you can do about it. If anything here is unclear, email us — we will answer in plain English.
1. Who we are
The Advanced Intelligent Solutions online course and the Advanced Intelligent Solutions Affiliate Program are operated by Tubizy.ai LLC (“Advanced Intelligent Solutions”, “we”, “us”). We are the party responsible for the personal information described in this policy.
For any privacy question, request or complaint, contact support@tubizy.ai.
Depending on where you live, privacy law may call us a “data controller” or a “business”. We act in that role for the information described below. We do not currently have an EU or UK representative, and we do not have a designated Data Protection Officer.
2. What we collect
Account information
When you register for the course we collect your name, email address, password (stored only as a salted one-way hash — we never see or store your actual password), and any optional profile details you add, such as your business name or industry.
Course progress and activity
We record which lessons and slides you have opened, your quiz answers and scores, your certificate status, your AIS Coins / points balance and streaks, notes and worksheet answers you save, and basic technical logs (IP address, browser type, timestamps) used for security and troubleshooting.
Payment information
Course and licence purchases are processed by PayPal and Stripe. We never receive or store your full card number, CVV or bank credentials. Those go directly to the payment processor. What we do store is a record of the transaction: the processor’s transaction ID, the amount, the currency, the date, the product purchased, the last four digits and card brand where the processor returns them, and the billing name and email you gave at checkout.
Affiliate information
If you join the Advanced Intelligent Solutions Affiliate Program we collect your payout details (PayPal or Venmo address), your referral code and campaign tags, your click and conversion records, your commission ledger, and your US tax documentation — including Form W-9 data such as your legal name, business name, address and taxpayer identification number. W-9 and payout details are stored encrypted at rest and are accessible only to the people who have to process payouts and file tax forms.
Lead-magnet and contact form data
If you download a free resource, join a waiting list or use a contact form, we collect the information you type into that form (typically name, email, company, and whatever you write in the message) together with the consent you gave at the time and a record of when and where you gave it. We only add you to a marketing email sequence if you opted in on that form.
Social Studio (retired)
The Social Studio, which let people connect their own social accounts to publish posts, has been retired. We no longer offer it and no new data is collected through it. Any connection details (stored encrypted at rest), drafts, publish history or generated images left from before it was retired are kept only until you ask us to delete them — email support@tubizy.ai.
Prompts and AI content
The course includes AI features. When you use them, the text you submit (your prompt, plus the relevant lesson context) is sent to Anthropic’s API to generate a response. Prompts and responses may be retained in your account so you can see your own history, and in aggregate, non-identifying form so we can monitor usage and cost. Do not paste passwords, payment card numbers, health records or other highly sensitive information into an AI prompt.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.
5. How long we keep it

6. Who we share it with
We share personal information only with the service providers we need to run Advanced Intelligent Solutions, and only the minimum required. Each acts under contract and may not use your data for its own marketing.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, to enforce our Terms of Service, to protect our rights or someone’s safety, or to a buyer as part of a merger or sale of the business — in which case this policy continues to apply until you are told otherwise.
7. Google / YouTube Limited Use disclosure
Limited Use. Tubizy’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
The YouTube connection belonged to the Social Studio, which has been retired; you can no longer connect a YouTube channel to Tubizy and no new YouTube data is collected. For any YouTube data remaining from before:
- We do not use it for anything, we do not transfer it to others except to comply with applicable law, and we do not use it for advertising.
- You can revoke Tubizy’s access at any time on the Google security settings page, and ask us to delete what remains by emailing support@tubizy.ai.
8. Meta platform statement (Facebook & Instagram)
The Facebook and Instagram connection belonged to the Social Studio, which has been retired. Tubizy no longer publishes to Facebook Pages or Instagram accounts, and no new Meta data is collected.
- Any Meta access tokens remaining from before are stored encrypted at rest and are not used.
- We never sell your data — your Meta data, or any other data — to anyone, for any purpose.
- We do not use Meta platform data for advertising, profiling or audience building.
- You can revoke access in your Facebook Business Integrations settings. See Data Deletion for how to have any remaining data removed.
9. Your rights & choices
Whoever and wherever you are, you can ask us to:
- Access — get a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
- Correct — fix anything inaccurate. Most account details you can edit yourself once logged in.
- Delete — erase your account and associated data. See Data Deletion.
- Port — receive your data in a portable, machine-readable format.
- Object or restrict — ask us to stop or limit a particular use.
- Withdraw consent — unsubscribe from marketing at any time using the link in any marketing email, or by emailing us. This does not affect service emails about a course you have bought.
Email support@tubizy.ai from the address on your account and we will respond within 30 days. We may need to verify your identity first. We will never charge you or treat you differently for exercising a privacy right.
Residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia and other US states with comprehensive privacy laws, and individuals in the UK, EU/EEA, Canada, Australia and similar jurisdictions, may have additional statutory rights, including the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority or state attorney general.
We do not currently honour Global Privacy Control or other opt-out preference signals, because we do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.
10. Security
We protect your information with HTTPS/TLS in transit, one-way hashing of passwords, encryption at rest for affiliate tax records and any remaining connected-platform tokens, role-based admin access, CSRF protection on forms, and regular backups. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security — but if a breach affects your personal information, we will notify you and the relevant authorities as the law requires.
11. Not for under-18s
Advanced Intelligent Solutions is a business training product intended for adults. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. You must be at least 18 to create an account, make a purchase or join the Affiliate Program. If you believe a person under 18 has given us personal information, email support@tubizy.ai and we will delete the account and its data promptly.
12. Where your data lives
Advanced Intelligent Solutions is operated from the United States, and our hosting and service providers process data in the United States and other countries where they operate. If you use Advanced Intelligent Solutions from outside the United States, you understand that your information will be transferred to, stored in and processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your own country.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the product changes or the law does. The “Last updated” date at the top always shows the current version. If a change materially affects how we use your personal information, we will tell you by email or by a notice on the site before it takes effect. Continuing to use Advanced Intelligent Solutions after a change means you accept the updated policy.
