Yes — on the Buy Credits page. Top-ups start at $5 and never expire while your account is active. We pass through any provider price changes at cost; we don’t mark up the AI itself.

Anthropic’s Claude (Sonnet by default, with Haiku for quick tasks and Opus available for heavier reasoning on selected plans). You can also bring your own OpenAI key if you’d rather use GPT models.

Yes. Traffic is encrypted in transit, and per Anthropic’s commercial terms, your prompts are not used to train their models. Anthropic may keep requests briefly (typically 30 days) for abuse-monitoring before automatic deletion. See the Privacy Policy § 5 for details.

No. Treat the sandbox like business writing software, not a vault. Don’t paste passwords, social security numbers, full credit-card numbers, or regulated medical/legal records. For everything else — marketing copy, contracts to summarize, brainstorms, code — you’re fine.

Not for Claude — we provide the access. You can optionally add your own OpenAI key if you’d prefer GPT models, in which case usage is billed directly to your OpenAI account and tubizy doesn’t see the bill.

The sandbox warns you when you cross 80% and 95% thresholds. If you hit zero, the sandbox pauses, you keep your work-in-progress, and you can top up in about 30 seconds without losing context.

Once enrolled in the course, the dashboard shows upcoming dates. Click a date and pay the workshop add-on to reserve a seat. Seats are limited — usually 12 per session.

A laptop, a charger, your tubizy.ai login, and your usual brand of caffeine. We supply Wi-Fi, power strips, printed worksheets, and a second screen if you want it.

No. Self-referrals don’t earn commission and may result in clawback. We do offer a small reseller-onboarding discount on your own course purchase, separate from referrals.

Use the password reset page. The reset link is valid for 60 minutes. If the email never arrives, check spam, then email support.

Finish all four modules and the final quiz, then visit the dashboard — the certificate becomes available as a downloadable PDF with a verification ID you can share on LinkedIn.

Yes. Email support@tubizy.ai with the subject “data export” from the address on your account, and we’ll send a JSON archive of your account, progress, sandbox sessions, and any uploads within 30 days — usually within 48 hours.
