No. Advanced Intelligent Solutions is built for business owners and team leads, not engineers. If you can browse the web and copy/paste, you can complete the course. The deepest tech we touch is pasting an API key into a settings field, with screenshots showing exactly where to click.

Nothing. The platform includes a built-in AI sandbox powered by Claude, with $5 in credits to get you started. If you already have ChatGPT Plus or a Claude account, the lessons show you how to use those too — but it’s optional.

No. All sales are final and Advanced Intelligent Solutions does not offer refunds — on the course (every seat) or on AIS tokens. Your access starts as soon as your payment goes through, so please email support@tubizy.ai with any questions before you buy. If something is not working after you buy, email us and we will fix it. Full details on the No-Refund Policy and in section 4 of the Terms of Service.

Any modern browser (Chrome, Edge, Safari, Firefox — last two major versions) on any laptop, desktop, tablet, or phone. A stable internet connection is recommended for video lessons. No installs, no plugins.

AI usage is metered in AIS tokens, shown at a rate of 20,000 AIS tokens per US dollar of included or purchased credit — so $5 of credit is 100,000 AIS tokens. That covers dozens of full business-document drafts, marketing-copy iterations or email-writing sessions. Your balance and usage are shown in real time, so there are no surprises. A generation consumes tokens whether or not you like the result, and re-running a prompt consumes them again.

Yes — on the Buy Credits page. Top-ups start at $5. Tokens are prepaid, are not refundable, have no cash value, and cannot be transferred between accounts. Unused tokens remain available while your account is active and are forfeited if the account is closed or terminated — see section 6 of the Terms of Service. We pass through any provider price changes at cost; we don’t mark up the AI itself.

Anthropic’s Claude (Sonnet by default, with Haiku for quick tasks and Opus available for heavier reasoning on selected plans). You can also bring your own OpenAI key if you’d rather use GPT models.

Yes. Traffic is encrypted in transit, and per Anthropic’s commercial terms, your prompts are not used to train their models. Anthropic may keep requests briefly (typically 30 days) for abuse-monitoring before automatic deletion. See “Prompts and AI content” in the Privacy Policy for details.

No. Treat the sandbox like business writing software, not a vault. Don’t paste passwords, social security numbers, full credit-card numbers, or regulated medical/legal records. For everything else — marketing copy, contracts to summarize, brainstorms, code — you’re fine.

Not for Claude — we provide the access. You can optionally add your own OpenAI key if you’d prefer GPT models, in which case usage is billed directly to your OpenAI account and Advanced Intelligent Solutions doesn’t see the bill.

The sandbox warns you when you cross 80% and 95% thresholds. If you hit zero, the sandbox pauses, you keep your work-in-progress, and you can top up in about 30 seconds without losing context.

The Social Studio has been retired. It is no longer part of Advanced Intelligent Solutions, you can no longer connect social accounts to it, and no new data is collected through it. If you used it before and want any remaining data deleted, email support@tubizy.ai — see the Data Deletion Instructions.

Yes. Advanced Intelligent Solutions is online only: a self-paced course you take from anywhere, on your own schedule. There are no classroom sessions, venues or event dates to book. Enroll at tubizy.ai/course/enroll.php for $297, one-time.

The Affiliate Program is by invitation, and there is no public application form. If you run a business or audience that overlaps with ours — consultants, coaches, agencies, trainers, chambers of commerce, industry associations — write to support@tubizy.ai and tell us about it. Approval is at Advanced Intelligent Solutions’s discretion. The rules are in the Affiliate Agreement.

Your commission rate is set by Advanced Intelligent Solutions and shown in your affiliate dashboard.

Every commission sits in a 30-day hold from the day Advanced Intelligent Solutions was paid, which covers the payment-dispute (chargeback) window. After that it becomes payable, and payouts are made monthly by Advanced Intelligent Solutions. Minimum payout is $25; anything under that rolls to the next month. We pay by PayPal or Venmo (US, USD), and Advanced Intelligent Solutions covers the transfer fee, so the approved amount is the amount that lands.

Yes — before your first payout: a Form W-9 if you are a US person, or a Form W-8BEN if you are not. It has to be on file and verified before your first payout. You upload it in your affiliate dashboard. Until it’s verified the balance just waits; nothing is forfeited. For US affiliates paid $2,000 or more in a calendar year we issue a Form 1099-NEC.

Your affiliate dashboard gives you a personal referral link and QR code for the Advanced Intelligent Solutions online course. Anyone who arrives through it and buys within the referral window is credited to you at your rate.

30 days from the click. If the visitor follows another affiliate’s link before they buy, the most recent link takes the credit. Once an order is placed, the credit locks to that affiliate and later clicks can’t take it away.

If the sale behind a commission is reversed — a chargeback or a cancelled order — the commission is reversed too. If it hasn’t been paid out yet it’s simply voided; if it has, it’s clawed back against your next balance. Partial reversals reduce it proportionally. The 30-day hold exists so this almost never affects money already in your pocket.

No. Self-referral doesn’t earn commission — not for you, your household, or your own business — and arranging for a buyer to use your link so you can rebate them is treated the same way. Both void the commission and can end your participation.

No bidding on the “Advanced Intelligent Solutions” or “tubizy” trademarks or close variants in paid search, no unsolicited bulk email or DMs (CAN-SPAM applies to you), no cookie stuffing, no invented income claims or fake testimonials, and no cash-back or prize incentives for buying through your link without our written approval. You also have to disclose that you earn a commission, right next to the link, in plain words. Full rules on the Terms page.

The latest two major versions of Chrome, Edge, Safari, and Firefox on desktop and mobile. Internet Explorer is not supported.

Try a hard refresh (Ctrl/Cmd-Shift-R), then a different browser. If the issue persists, email support@tubizy.ai with the page URL, what you were doing, and a screenshot if possible. We respond within one business day.

Use the password reset page. The reset link is valid for 60 minutes. If the email never arrives, check spam, then email support.

View at least 90% of the course slides and score 50% or more on the final quiz (you can retake it after 24 hours; your latest result counts), then visit the dashboard — the certificate becomes available as a printable certificate you can save as a PDF, with a verification link you can share on LinkedIn.

Yes. Email support@tubizy.ai with the subject “data export” from the address on your account, and we’ll send an archive of your account, progress, sandbox sessions and any uploads within 30 days. To have data deleted instead, follow the Data Deletion Instructions. Your full set of rights is in section 9 of the Privacy Policy.
