No-Refund Policy
This page states our refund rule in one place. It is the same rule as section 4 of our Terms of Service; where the two ever differ, the Terms of Service governs.
1. All sales are final
Advanced Intelligent Solutions does not offer refunds. All purchases are final. This applies to the online course (every seat) and to AIS tokens.
Your access starts as soon as your payment goes through, so please read what is included and ask us any questions before you buy.
Prices are shown in US dollars on the enrolment and checkout pages and are the prices that apply at the time of purchase. Payment is processed by PayPal or Stripe; your card details go directly to them and are never stored by Advanced Intelligent Solutions.
You are responsible for any sales, use or value-added tax that applies to your purchase where we are not collecting it.
2. What you get
When you buy the course you get access to the course materials for the access period shown at checkout. That includes the lessons, videos, activities and quizzes, the builders and worksheets inside the course, the included AIS tokens, and Max, the help bot on every page.
Closing your account ends your access. It does not lead to a refund — see Data Deletion Instructions.
3. Before you buy
Because there are no refunds, we want you to be sure first. Read the course outline on the home page, and if anything is unclear, email support@tubizy.ai before you pay. We are happy to answer questions about what the course covers and whether it fits your business.
4. One price per seat
The course is $297 per seat. That is the only price: there is no team, bulk or business pricing. Each seat belongs to one named person and may not be pooled, rotated or shared between people. Every seat is final and is not refundable.
5. AIS tokens
AI generation inside the course is metered in AIS tokens, shown at a rate of 20,000 AIS tokens per US dollar of included or purchased credit. Tokens are prepaid and are not refundable. A generation uses tokens whether or not you like the result. Tokens have no cash value and cannot be transferred or exchanged. The full token terms are in section 6 of the Terms of Service.
6. Getting help
If something is not working — you cannot log in, a lesson will not load, a payment went through but your access did not open — email support@tubizy.ai from the address on your account and we will fix it. Include your account email and, for payment problems, your order or receipt number.
