Refund Policy

Last updated July 2, 2026 · applies to all purchases made on or after this date.

The short version: Try the online course risk-free for 14 days — if it's not for you, email us and we'll refund you in full. Workshop seats are fully refundable up to 14 days before the event. This is a starter policy written in plain English by the tubizy team; we recommend a qualified attorney review it for your jurisdiction.

1. Overview

tubizy.ai is operated by Mountain Harvest Media LTD, a Colorado corporation. We want you to buy with confidence, so this page spells out exactly when you can get your money back, how to ask, and how long it takes. If anything here is unclear, just email support@tubizy.ai and a human will sort it out.

2. Online course ($199)

14-day money-back guarantee. If you purchase the self-paced online course and decide within 14 calendar days of your purchase date that it isn't right for you, we'll refund the full purchase price — no hoops, no hard feelings.

  • You can explore the course freely during those 14 days; using the material does not void the guarantee.
  • After 14 days, the purchase is final. (If something exceptional happened — illness, emergency, a technical problem on our end — email us anyway; we review those case by case.)
  • If we refund your course purchase, your course access ends and any certificate earned during the window is withdrawn.
  • If a discount code was used, the refund is the amount you actually paid.

3. In-person workshop ($599)

Workshop seats are limited, so refunds are tied to how close we are to the event date:

  • 14 or more days before the workshop: full refund.
  • 7 to 13 days before: 50% refund, or transfer your full payment to a future workshop date at no cost.
  • Fewer than 7 days before: no cash refund, but you may (a) transfer your seat to another person by emailing us their name and email, or (b) apply your payment once to a future workshop date.
  • If we cancel or reschedule a workshop, you always get the choice of a full refund or a seat at the new date — regardless of timing.

4. AI credits & add-ons

  • The $5 in AI tokens included with the course has no cash value and is not refundable separately.
  • AI credit top-ups you purchase are refundable within 14 days only for the unused portion — credits already consumed by AI usage can't be returned, because we've already paid the AI providers for them.

5. How to request a refund

Email support@tubizy.ai from the email address on your account with:

  1. The word "Refund" in the subject line,
  2. Your name and (roughly) the purchase date,
  3. What you purchased (online course, workshop, or credits).

You don't need to give a reason, though we always appreciate knowing how we could have done better.

6. When you get your money

We approve qualifying requests within 2 business days and issue the refund to your original payment method (PayPal or card). After we issue it, your bank or PayPal typically takes 3–10 business days to post the money back to you — that part is out of our hands.

7. Special cases

  • Duplicate charges: refunded in full immediately — just tell us.
  • Chargebacks: please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank; we resolve almost everything faster directly. Accounts with an open chargeback are suspended while it's investigated.
  • Reseller purchases: if you bought through a tubizy reseller, this same policy applies — contact us directly and we'll coordinate.
  • Abuse: we reserve the right to decline refunds that show a pattern of abuse (e.g., repeated buy-complete-refund cycles).

8. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The version in effect on your purchase date is the one that applies to that purchase. Material changes will be noted here with a new "Last updated" date.
