Data Deletion Instructions
This page tells you exactly how to have your data removed from Advanced Intelligent Solutions — your course account, any data left from the retired Social Studio, and anything you submitted through a form on the site. Every route below ends at the same address: support@tubizy.ai.
Quickest route: email support@tubizy.ai from the email address on your account, with the subject line “Delete my data”. Say which of the items below you want removed, or just say “everything”.
1. Delete your course account
To have your Advanced Intelligent Solutions course account and its data deleted:
- Send an email to support@tubizy.ai from the email address registered on the account. Sending from the account address is how we verify the request is really yours.
- Use the subject line Delete my data.
- Include the account email address and, if you have one, the order or receipt number.
We will confirm the request, then delete it. We complete account deletions within 30 days of a verified request, and usually much sooner.
Deleting the account removes your profile and login, your course progress, quiz answers and scores, certificates, AIS Coins, streaks, saved notes and worksheet answers, and any unused AIS tokens. Deletion is permanent — your progress and certificate cannot be restored afterwards, and unused tokens are forfeited. If you only want to stop receiving email, unsubscribe instead (see section 4).
3. Facebook & Instagram users
This page is the official Data Deletion Instructions URL for the Tubizy Meta app. The app belonged to the Social Studio, which has been retired; it no longer collects new data.
If you ever connected a Facebook Page or Instagram account to Tubizy and want any data associated with it removed:
- Remove Tubizy’s access (if it still shows) in Facebook → Settings & Privacy → Settings → Business Integrations.
- Request deletion. Email support@tubizy.ai with the subject “Facebook data deletion request”, and include the Facebook Page name or Instagram handle and the email address on your Advanced Intelligent Solutions account if you have one.
- We delete any remaining Meta identifiers, page/account IDs, tokens and publishing history we hold, and confirm by email within 30 days.
We never sold that data, and we never used it for advertising or profiling.
Deletion requests, including any that start from inside Facebook, are handled manually by a person and completed within 30 days.
4. Marketing lists & form submissions
If you gave us your details through a lead magnet, waiting list, quote request or contact form and you are not a course customer:
- Unsubscribe using the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any marketing email we have sent you. This stops the emails immediately.
- Delete the record entirely by emailing support@tubizy.ai with the subject “Delete my data” and the email address you used on the form. We keep lead records only until you ask us to delete them.
Unsubscribing and deleting are different: unsubscribing keeps a minimal suppression record so we do not accidentally email you again; full deletion removes the record.
5. What we must keep
A small amount of information survives deletion because the law requires it:
- Payment and transaction records — kept for accounting, tax and chargeback purposes.
- Affiliate tax records — if you were an affiliate and we paid you, your tax forms (W-9 or W-8BEN), commission ledger and payout history are kept for 7 years from the end of the relevant tax year, as US tax record-keeping requires. These are stored encrypted and are not used for anything else.
- Suppression records — a hashed record of an unsubscribed email address, so we do not re-add you.
- Security and fraud logs — retained for their normal period, then deleted or anonymised.
Everything else that identifies you is removed. Backups are rotated on a schedule, so a copy may persist in an encrypted backup for a short period after deletion before it ages out.

We will email you to confirm when a deletion is complete. If we cannot verify that a request came from you, we will ask for more information before acting — this protects your account from someone else deleting it.

2. Social Studio (retired) #
The Social Studio has been retired. It is no longer available, you can no longer connect a social account to Tubizy, and no new data is collected through it.
If you used it before it was retired and want any remaining data deleted — for example stored connection details, drafts, publishing history or generated images — email support@tubizy.ai with the subject “Delete my data”. Anyone can ask; we complete these requests within 30 days. Posts already published to your own social accounts live on that platform — delete them there.
