Terms of Service

1. This agreement #

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a contract between you and Tubizy.ai LLC, operating as Advanced Intelligent Solutions (“Advanced Intelligent Solutions”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account, buying a course or joining the Affiliate Program, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must be at least 18 years old to use Advanced Intelligent Solutions. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company, and “you” means that company.

2. What Advanced Intelligent Solutions provides #

Online courses

Self-paced online AI training for business owners, delivered as video lessons, written slides, quizzes, prompt libraries, worksheets and practice exercises, with a certificate of completion when you finish the required work. Courses are delivered entirely online and accessed through your account at Advanced Intelligent Solutions.

Affiliate Program

A referral program in which approved affiliates earn a commission on qualifying sales made through their referral link or QR code.

Social Studio (retired)

The Social Studio, a social-media publishing tool, has been retired and is no longer part of the service. No new data is collected through it; see the Data Deletion Instructions to have any remaining data removed.

We may add, change, or retire features. Course content is updated over time as the underlying AI tools change; we do not guarantee that any particular lesson, tool coverage or feature will remain available indefinitely.

3. Your account #

• Give accurate registration details and keep them current.
• Keep your password confidential. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account.
• Course access is personal and non-transferable. One licence is for one named individual. Sharing your login, or distributing course materials, is a material breach of these Terms. The course is $297 per seat, one seat per person; there is no team or bulk pricing.
• Tell us immediately at support@tubizy.ai if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.

4. Payments & no refunds #

Prices are shown in US dollars on the enrolment and checkout pages and are the prices that apply at the time of purchase. Payment is processed by PayPal or Stripe; your card details go directly to them and are never stored by Advanced Intelligent Solutions. You are responsible for any sales, use or value-added tax that applies to your purchase where we are not collecting it.

No refunds

One price per seat

The course is $297 per seat. That is the only price: there is no team, bulk or business pricing. Each seat belongs to one named person and may not be pooled, rotated or shared between people.

Payment problems

If a payment went through but your access did not open, or you were charged in error, email support@tubizy.ai with your account email and order or receipt number and we will sort it out.

5. Affiliate Program #

The Advanced Intelligent Solutions Affiliate Program pays a commission on qualifying sales you refer. In summary:

• Participation requires approval. We may decline or revoke approval at our discretion.
• Attribution uses your referral code and a 30-day referral cookie. If someone arrives through your link and buys within that window, the sale is credited to you.
• Advanced Intelligent Solutions sets each affiliate’s commission rate and discount code. Your own rate and your code’s current discount are shown in your affiliate dashboard at all times. We may change them going forward and will tell you when we do; a change never reduces a commission you have already earned.
• Every commission is held for 30 days, which covers the chargeback/payment-dispute window. Payouts are made monthly by Advanced Intelligent Solutions, by PayPal or Venmo, once your cleared balance reaches the $25 minimum.
• US affiliates must supply a valid Form W-9 before payout (non-US affiliates a Form W-8BEN). We are required to report payouts above the IRS threshold.
• Self-referrals, bidding on Advanced Intelligent Solutions or Tubizy brand terms, spam, misleading income claims, cookie stuffing, coupon-site abuse and unauthorised use of our branding will forfeit commissions and may end your participation.

The full, controlling terms of the program are set out in the Advanced Intelligent Solutions Affiliate Agreement. Where this summary and that document differ, that document governs.

Commission rates, the referral window and the payout terms above are the current settings of the program and may change. Affiliates are independent contractors, not employees or agents of Advanced Intelligent Solutions, and must disclose that they earn a commission where the law requires it.

6. AI credits & AIS tokens #

AI generation inside the course is metered in AIS tokens. Tokens are shown at a rate of 20,000 AIS tokens per US dollar of included or purchased credit.

• Tokens are prepaid: they are either included with your purchase or bought in advance.
• Tokens are not refundable. Tokens, used or unused, cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash, and consumed tokens cannot be restored or reversed.
• Tokens have no cash value, cannot be transferred between accounts, and cannot be sold or exchanged.
• A generation consumes tokens whether or not you like the result. Re-running a prompt consumes tokens again.
• Unused tokens remain available while your account is active and are forfeited if your account is closed or terminated.

7. Acceptable use #

You agree not to:

• Share, resell, republish, stream or redistribute course videos, slides, prompts or worksheets, in whole or in part.
• Share your login or let anyone else use your seat.
• Scrape, crawl, bulk-download, reverse engineer or attempt to extract the course content or source code.
• Use Advanced Intelligent Solutions to create or publish content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, deceptive, or that infringes anyone’s rights.
• Attempt to bypass usage limits, token metering, paywalls or access controls.
• Probe, scan, overload or interfere with the service or its infrastructure.
• Upload malware, or anything that would put other users or the service at risk.

We may remove content, suspend features or terminate accounts that breach this section.

8. AI-generated output #

Advanced Intelligent Solutions uses third-party AI models, including Anthropic. AI output can be wrong, outdated, biased or unsuitable for your situation.

• You are responsible for reviewing anything an AI generates before you rely on it or publish it.
• As between you and Advanced Intelligent Solutions, output you generate from your own prompts is yours to use, subject to these Terms and to the terms of the underlying model provider.
• Similar prompts can produce similar output for different users, so we cannot promise your output is unique or that it is protectable by copyright.
• Nothing in the course or its AI output is legal, tax, accounting, medical or financial advice.
• Do not enter passwords, payment card details, health records or other highly sensitive information into an AI prompt.

9. Intellectual property #

Ours. The Advanced Intelligent Solutions course — its videos, slides, written lessons, prompt libraries, worksheets, quizzes, artwork, the Max AI Instructor character, software, and the Advanced Intelligent Solutions and Tubizy names and logos — is owned by Tubizy.ai LLC and protected by copyright and trademark law. Buying a course gives you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the materials for your own business. It does not transfer ownership and it does not permit teaching, reselling or republishing the material.

Yours. You keep ownership of the content you write, upload or generate. You grant us a limited licence to host, process, transmit and display that content only so far as needed to run the service for you — for example, to save your worksheet answers and show them back to you.

Feedback. If you send us suggestions, we may use them freely without obligation to you.

If you believe material on Advanced Intelligent Solutions infringes your copyright, email support@tubizy.ai with enough detail to identify the work and the material in question.

10. Third-party platforms #

The course teaches you to use outside AI tools and platforms. When you use them, your use is governed by their terms and policies, and you are responsible for complying with each platform’s rules. We are not responsible for a third-party platform changing, restricting or suspending its service or your account. (Advanced Intelligent Solutions no longer connects to social-media accounts: the Social Studio that did so has been retired.)

11. Disclaimers #

THE SERVICE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, ACCURACY AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

No results guarantee. Advanced Intelligent Solutions is educational. We do not promise any particular business result, revenue increase, time saving, ranking or outcome. Any figures, examples or case studies shown are illustrative, not a guarantee of what you will achieve. Your results depend on your own business, effort and circumstances.

We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that course content will always reflect the latest version of a third-party AI tool.

12. Limitation of liability #

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TUBIZY.AI LLC (ADVANCED INTELLIGENT SOLUTIONS) / SEVEN SPIRITS STUDIOS AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES AND CONTRACTORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS ($100). SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS, SO PARTS OF THIS SECTION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

13. Termination #

By you. You may stop using Advanced Intelligent Solutions at any time and ask us to close your account — see Data Deletion. Closing your account does not lead to a refund; all sales are final (section 4).

By us. We may suspend or terminate your access, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms, if we are required to by law, or to protect the service or other users. On termination your licence to the course materials ends immediately, any unused AIS tokens are forfeited, and unpaid affiliate commissions attributable to the breach may be cancelled.

Sections 6, 8, 9, 11, 12, 15 and 16 survive termination.

14. Changes to these terms #

We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date shows the current version. For material changes we will give notice by email or on the site before they take effect. If you keep using Advanced Intelligent Solutions after a change takes effect, you accept the updated Terms. If you do not accept them, stop using the service and contact us.

15. Governing law #

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You and Advanced Intelligent Solutions agree that the state and federal courts located in Alabama have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there. If you are a consumer, this does not remove any mandatory rights or forum you have under the law of your own place of residence.
